Returns and Refunds

We gladly accept returns and exchanges of non-personalized goods. 

• Contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery

Conditions of return

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

We cannot accept cancellations

• After the date your order is confirmed changes and/or cancellations cannot be accepted as much as we would like to do so.

The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged

• We cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders. For example if you choose to write your name on the Original or Evolution Mallet, we can't accept the return.
